Process:
Please Send us an email on care@indianerthnic.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will discuss for the reason of the return and provide you the the instructions and return shipping address to which you need to ship the product.
Refunds/ Replacements:

We refund the amount to your credit card/bank account if there is our fault else we offer you a store credit redeemable towards future purchases.

Wash care: Machine Washable products are mentioned on the label of the garments otherwise it is only dry clean. Cold water recommended for all our products.
